Deepening the Discussion about Race

This multi-day workshop guides members of an institution or organization through a transformational experience that seeks to deepen the often shallow discourse we have about race. A focus on building relationships across difference as well as developing the will, skill and courage to address institutionalized racism are goals of this program. "Deepening" helps organizations clarify their vision and harness new energy for diversity, equity and inclusion.
