Not every school can afford a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice (DEIJ) leader. Other schools may be going through a DEIJ leadership transition. We provide consulting and act as a “thinking partner” to DEIJ leaders and teams. In a virtual consultative role, we will team with clients to ensure progress towards their DEIJ goals. Engaging us as a VEO ensures a regular presence at your school that signals a commitment and creates a viable space for conversations that would not normally take place. A customized professional development series compliments the consultations. Typically schools will engage a VEO for at least one school year at 5-10 hours per month of services.
