With over 20 years of leadership in education and non-profit organizations, we know the unique experiences that people of color face as leaders. In addition to the stated job requirements, people of color often face specific challenges navigating the work environment while managing stress and isolation.

We engage in thought-partnership with leaders and provide strategies and expertise in navigating majority environments. We also offer knowledge/support of best practice programming for diversity practitioners to implement in their school or organization.
